The Future was not the Future, back in the 50s and 60s: it was called TOMORROW.

With that in mind I designed this t-shirt reminding of old flight companies' posters (mainly PanAm) mixed with the classic and fascinating look of the "Past Future" or "The Future that Never Was".

This is an iconografic project, a really enjoying one for me!

Three colors, with also a funny reinterpretation of DA's Fella on the back in the style and tone of Hanna & Barbera's Studios!
NOTE: I did NOT use any autotracing tool or any similar aid. What you see was completely hand drawn starting from a marker sketch on a towel and then has been worked on digitally with only Photoshop (pen instrument and halftone filters). So, yes, it's all, in its entirely, a product of my imagination and design
